4 Ingredient Cookies

4 tbs Peanut Butter (substitute almond or sunflower butter)

3 tbs Maple Syrup

¼ Dark Chocolate chips

1 ¼ cups Almond meal

Mix first 3 ingredients together, then add almond meal.  Using hands work into a smooth dough.  Take roughly  1 tablespoon of the dough and roll (squeeze) gently into balls, be gentle it can be a bit crumbly.

Place on a lightly greased tray and press down lightly.  Bake at 160C for approximately 10 minutes.  Cool on the tray and keep in an airtight container.  These will keep for about 1 week – if they last that long!

These biscuits won’t change shape during the cooking.  You can alter the cooking time between 8 and 12 minutes depending on how dense or doughy you like your cookies.
