My name is Sam, and I am passionate about food. I love to grow it, shop for it, cook with it and best of all, eat it. Food is amazing and has an enormous affect on our physical and mental health. 


With a background in Nursing, I have seen the impact poor nutrition can have on our bodies: heart disease, stroke, autoimmune disease, and many other disorders. Many of these are preventable.


My real passion is working with people to teach them about nutritious food that nourishes your body, and provides fuel to give you energy and makes you feel great.


As a Nutritionist, I take a holistic approach to my clients, which means I consider not only diet but lifestyle, exercise, sleep and social factors that could be having a negative impact on your health. I can also provide recipes, dietary plans, and weekly menus.
